# Demo: migrate the notifier to webhooks Objective: replace the polling notifier with webhook delivery. ## Plan 1. Add a webhook registration endpoint ← done in this version 2. Deliver events with HMAC signatures ← done: sha256, key per registration 3. Retire the poller (This is wr.fi's permanent demonstration handoff — every version below is real.) ## Review fix Replay protection: 5-minute timestamp window on signatures.
